His last role was part of the Advanced Cyber Defense team where he helped develop a threat hunting program aligned with MITRE ATT&CK framework. His current role is in Threat Research where he spends time tracking the latest advanced adversary techniques in order to build detection and prevention capabilities into the Endgame platform.
TITLE: “Upgrade Your Attack Model”Keeping up with the latest adversary techniques has always been a large challenge for organizations. Many organizations lack a framework for measuring effectiveness. This presentation will highlight MITRE’s Adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Common Knowledge (ATT&CK) matrix and discuss how to leverage this framework to measure and improve defenses. The talk will go through a targeted intrusion and how it maps to back to ATT&CK as well as provide guidance on how companies can start doing their own adversary emulation testing.
